1691 Lease granted 30 Jan to Henry KING of Frome Westwoodlands, dyer: messuage with garden and backside in Frome, with 'PLUMERs Close', pasture at 'Rodden Holbrook', and the well on the east side of the tenement, except a barn and forty foot of adjoining ground which, though formerly part of the tenement, was lately granted to Henry WEST of Frome Westwoodlands, weaver. In the manor of Frome Westwoodlands. Attached to the counterpart is a note requesting that the lease is brought to Frome Court to settle a dispute between _ GIBBONS and another person about the forty foot of ground mentioned in the exception of the lease.
